Shipping policy

Trailhead Werks products, including SideRide, ship directly from our shop in Pennsylvania and may take up to a week to ship.

Some partner brand products ship directly from the manufacturer's warehouse, typically within 1 to 3 business days of your order. If your order includes both, it may arrive in separate packages on different days, each with its own tracking number.

Pre-order items ship on the date noted in the product description. These dates are not guaranteed, but we will update the site with any changes.
